Delete your Ivide account

In the app

1. Sign in to Ivide at ivide.world or in the app.
2. Open the Me sheet and choose Account.
3. Choose Delete my account…. The screen lists what is deleted and what is kept.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete for ever.

This cannot be undone. You are signed out everywhere and returned to the door.

What is deleted

• Your account, your sign-in and every session
• Your name, look, profile card and settings
• Private messages, friends, notes and waves
• Coins, items, points, levels and badges
• Worlds you built, groups you own, and reports you made

What is kept, without your name

• Chat lines you wrote, until they expire after the retention period in the privacy notice
• Gifts you sent stay with the people who got them
• Places you founded stay open
• Moderation records, and for a banned account a one-way fingerprint of its email so it cannot sign up again

Erasure follows the data map in the privacy notice.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@ivide.world from the email address on your account and ask for the account to be deleted.
